I’m Delicia Sekyere, a licensed real estate agent with a passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home. My background spans apartment locating, on-site property management, and multifamily tech sales, giving me a well-rounded perspective on every side of the leasing process.
What sets Lets Lease apart is the intentional, results-driven approach behind everything we do. I’ve worked directly with renters, property owners, and vendors, so I understand the full leasing journey, from first inquiry to signed lease. I know how to connect the right prospect to the right unit, and more importantly, how to build trust and deliver value at every stage.
As a first-generation Ghanaian-American and proud Texas native, I lead with hustle, heart, and a deep respect for relationships. Let’s Lease was built to bridge gaps, simplify the leasing experience, and bring real results to renters and property owners alike.
Jeune Belmore
Jeune plays an integral role at Lets Lease, bringing over a decade of experience in multifamily property management and operations to the team. With a deep understanding of portfolio management and lease up experience, she plays a key role in supporting renters and ensuring smooth, high-touch leasing experiences from start to finish.
A true leasing machine, Jeune is highly skilled at leasing properties that don’t even exist yet, thanks to her extensive background in pre-leasing and new construction lease-ups. Her ability to connect with renters, communicate value, and guide prospects through every phase of the leasing journey makes her an invaluable asset to our mission.
